We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. In this role, the Project Manager is expected to combine exceptional design skills with extensive technical expertise to oversee all phases of our residential projects, from initial concept to final construction.
Working closely with our Principals and the project team, you will take on a crucial leadership role. This includes building strong client relationships, mentoring emerging designers, and bringing outstanding projects to life.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Collaborate with firm leadership to develop innovative and functional architectural designs that meet client needs while complying with relevant codes and regulations.
Lead the production of Revit models and drawing sets for all project phases.
Create architectural details with a strong understanding of materials and construction methods.
Work efficiently with sub-consultants, team members, and project committees, coordinating efforts to integrate building systems and resolve technical issues.
Prepare clear, well-organized presentations to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Manage and supervise junior staff, providing mentorship and guidance.
Demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Participate in project meetings to gain exposure to all aspects of residential architecture, including client presentations and site visits.
Qualifications:
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
Over 5 years of experience across all project phases.
Strong design judgment and ability to communicate ideas clearly
Revit is essential. Candidates should have advanced proficiency, including coordination with linked consultant models.
Experience producing and managing complete construction document sets is required.
Advanced experience in other presentation software is a plus.
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a collaborative studio environment
Residential design experience is strongly preferred.
Authorization to work in the United States.
