Project Manager
The Project Manager we are looking for will lead the design, coordination, and delivery of residential architectural projects from initial concept through construction documentation. This role is responsible for translating design intent into thoughtful, well-executed solutions while managing client relationships and support staff. Working closely with firm leadership, the Project Manager coordinates internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure each project is delivered with a high level of design quality, technical precision, and clear communication. As a representative of the firm, this role plays a key part in meetings with clients, consultants, and regulatory officials, ensuring projects remain aligned with schedule, budget, and overall project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with firm leadership to develop innovative and functional architectural designs that meet client needs while complying with relevant codes and regulations.
Lead the development and coordination of Revit models and drawing sets across all project phases to ensure consistency & quality.
Create architectural details with a strong understanding of materials and construction methods.
Work efficiently with sub-consultants, team members, and project committees, coordinating efforts to integrate building systems and resolve technical issues.
Prepare clear, well-organized presentations to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all deadlines are met on time.
Participate in project meetings, client presentations and site visits.
Qualifications:
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
Over 5 years of experience across all project phases.
Strong design judgment and ability to communicate ideas clearly
Revit is essential. Candidates should have advanced proficiency, including coordination with linked consultant models.
Experience producing and managing complete construction document sets are required.
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and other visualization tools is a plus.
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a collaborative studio environment
Residential design experience is strongly preferred.
Authorization to work in the United States.
