Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Revit models and construction documents across all project phases.

• Produce accurate drawings and construction details, from design intent in freehand or sketches through construction administration.

• Collaborate with principals, architects, project managers, and consultants to resolve design and coordination issues.

• Assist with code research, zoning analysis, and permitting documentation as needed.

• Maintain drawing standards and BIM model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

• Participate in site visits and construction observation as projects require.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Preferred).

• Desirable: 2-4 years of work experience.

• Strong conceptual design and technical skills.

• Experience with Revit, particularly in the development of Construction Documents.

• Experience with consultant coordination is advantageous.

• Strong visual and verbal communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
